Registration & Payment
Registration for the Conference will be available via Spektar putovanja agency.

All presenters (including the poster presenters) must register by 15st of June in order to be eligible to present.
All other participants must register by 1st of September.
Registration fees cover the following:
- Admission to each day of the conference
- 2 Lunches
- Coffee breaks
- Conference bag with conference materials
- Admission to the official Conference social events
- Official certificate of participation
Conference attendance will be rewarded with points given by The Croatian Medical Chamber and the Croatian Psychological Chamber. The points will be awarded in accordance with applicable regulations.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Spektar putovanja d.o.o., Andrije Hebranga 34, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia.
- Cancellations received by July 31, 2026, are eligible for a full refund minus a €50 administrative fee.
- Cancellations from August 1, 2026, to September 1, 2026, qualify for a 50% refund of the paid registration fee.
- No refunds are available after September 1, 2026.
